The Gaggia Titanium is a brand new fully automatic machine from Gaggia with a metal chassis and very attractive brushed stainless steel panelling on the front. This machine brings together Gaggia's expertise and experience with beans-to-cup machines and the durability, attractiveness and easy-care of a metal body. It features all of Gaggia's latest developments from their range of fully automatic domestic espresso machines. You make your espresso with a simple touch of a button. The machine will grind the coffee beans and extract your espresso directly into your cup. The used coffee grounds are automatically removed from the brewing head and stored in an internal container which only needs to be emptied when full or at the end of the day. It has an electronic control panel with a digital display allowing you to program variables such as the coffee quantity and water temperature, and also gives you access to the machine's many useful functions; for example, it allows you to program the machine to automatically switch on or off at chosen times, it has a digital clock and a cup counter, and it prompts you when you need to descale, clean, empty the coffee grounds, and even when to refill the water tank. As well as using the built in grinder, pre-ground coffee can also be used giving more flexibility in terms of coffee choice, for example to use decaffeinated coffee. The cup warmer ensures that the cups are kept at the right temperature ready for when you want to make a cup of coffee. The height of the coffee dispenser can be adjusted allowing you to use many different sizes of cups. The Gaggia Titanium also benefits from a built-in revolving base which allows you to rotate it easily for access to the sides and back. The brewing group is also easy to remove from the machine for cleaning. The water reservoir is accessible from the top and can be filled from a jug without being removed from the machine. This machine incorporates a double boiler heating system with a 'Rapid Steam' function which reduces the time between coffee and steam delivery to just a few seconds. It has Gaggia's 'Panarello' milk frothing attachment which swivels through 180 degrees and makes it easy to create perfectly frothed milk for a creamy cappuccino. And for those that don't want to froth the milk themselves it even comes complete with an auto-cappuccino attachment - just place the end of the tube into a container of milk and it will automatically dispense frothed milk directly into your cup!
